·         Profitable in the first year, quickly growing from 12 to 20 employees. Obtained contracts without bids. 

·         Secured a reputation for the company for on-time, accurate, crisis-management output using creative approaches and out-of-the-box thinking.

·         Serviced the oil and gas industry; electrical power generation; private business; Port Rashid; Port (Khalid) Sharjah; water departments; sheiks and local businesses.  

·         Became the category leader in support services in the U.A.E. with 58 employees before selling the Machine Shop/Fabrication Division to General Electric in 1980. Became Managing Director General Electric Apparatus and Service Division from 1980-1984.

·         Laid the world-class 52-inch pipeline on the RasTanura Peninsula from the shore to 9 miles offshore. This pipeline was the first of its kind in the world and continues to carry over 5 million barrels of oil a day to tankers bound for global refineries.

·         Heavy structure construction of offshore platforms and rigs from derick barges. Performed the heaviest lift of a production facility of its time. It was also the first time two derrick barges were used, in tandem, to execute a heavy lift.
